Who am I?
I am a dedicated and compassionate counsellor with over 8 years of experience supporting individuals across various life stages. Holding two Master's degrees in Counselling and Philosophy, along with a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Psychology, I bring a thoughtful, integrative approach to mental health and well-being.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, including children and adolescents in educational settings, athletes navigating academic and performance pressures, and adults managing personal and professional challenges. My practice is grounded in empathy, active listening, and evidence-based techniques tailored to each individual's unique needs.
With a strong foundation in both psychological theory and philosophical insight, I aim to empower clients to better understand themselves, develop resilience, and make meaningful changes in their lives.
